Goan Curry Powder

Goan Curry Powder is a mildly spiced blend, combining delicate citrusy coriander, earthy turmeric and cumin with warming pepper, cardamom and cloves and a kick of Kashmiri chilli to leave a lasting warmth. This versatile blend can be made a number of ways - to make a classic Goan fish or prawn curry, to marinade meat, fish or vegetables or even just to add a touch of spice to soup or eggs. There are no rules; experiment and find your favourite way to use Goan curry powder in your cooking!

All of our spice blends are made with 100% natural ingredients and use the finest spices available. They are all carefully handmade in small batches by our founder, Emma.
