Goan Fish Curry Masala is a medium-spiced blend, combining citrusy coriander with earthy cumin and a subtle kick of chilli. Versatile and full of flavour, it can be used to make a classic Goan fish curry, to marinate meat or fish, or can be stirred into dals and soups to add warmth and depth.
Each tin contains 70g of spice blend which can make 14 single servings or a 2 person serving of curry sauce 7 times.

Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Turmeric, Kashmiri chillies, Black peppercorns

I was very pleased with the curry powder, it had a lovely aroma and smelled fresh. I did use it in making a prawn curry which is my wife's favourite. I did use a couple of teaspoon apart from other ingredients to make the curry. It turned out very well, the curry had a nice taste and flavour and of course prawns tend to enhance the flavour. I for one would not hesitate to use it whenever I cook afish type curry. So well done curry, you are a winner.
