Goan Fish Curry Masala is a medium-spiced blend, combining citrusy coriander with earthy cumin and a subtle kick of chilli. Versatile and full of flavour, it can be used to make a classic Goan fish curry, to marinate fish, meat or vegetables, or can be stirred into dals and soups to add warmth and depth.

Each pouch contains 15g of spice (4 servings) which can make a 2 person curry twice or one curry for 4 people.
